Our rates vary depending on the complexity of the original document, but here are some general guidelines:

Personal correspondence and very simple translations (same rate for 24 hrs or less jobs requiring urgency).

.05 per word

Medium complexity to very complex documents.

.08 to .20 per word

"Summary only" in either language of a web site, press release, article, etc...

$15 per original printed page

Entire presentations, including possible printing fees, etc... $500 and up/send info

No job is too big or too small, although We have a $10 USD minimum charge for all new work.

· Special discounted rates can be negotiated for volume jobs or frequent repeat customers.

· Additional fees may be added to same-day translations or rush services of anything other than simple projects.

· Payment (in US Dollars) is due immediately upon receipt of the translated document. Some jobs may require a 50% prepayment with balance due upon completion of project.

· Personal (non-business) translations require payment in full BEFORE completed work is delivered.

· Payment is accepted using Cash, Credit Card, Check or Money Order.

Along with other programs, we utilize Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, WordPerfect, or PowerPoint formats. If possible, please forward a copy of your original electronic file to simplify and maintain the same formatting. You can send the file via e-mail attachment to us at bsptranslations@yahoo.com.

Be aware that Spanish sometimes takes up to 15% more words (and thereby space) than the same linguistic expressions in English. This fact could affect your layout.

At no extra charge, finished translations can be delivered as a printed document, fax, computer diskette (IBM format), E-mail, or formatted document attached by E-mail. Please contact us via E-mail or our toll free number regarding any questions that you may have.

Exact fees will be provided after careful review of your original document and consideration of your possible deadline. Our mailing address will also be provided along with the quote.
